Return and Replacement Policy

At SKA Lifestyle, we strive to provide high-quality products and ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and replacement policy offers flexibility and ease.

 


 

1. Returns & Refunds

  • You may return a product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided that:

    • The product is in its original condition with all packaging, manuals, and accessories intact.

    • The product has not been used, damaged, or altered.

    • A valid proof of purchase (invoice) is provided.

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 20 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • If the return is due to a defect, incorrect item, or damage during shipping, we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

 


 

2. Replacements & Exchanges

  • Products can be exchanged or replaced within 30 days under the following conditions:

    • The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.

    • The wrong product was shipped to the customer.

  • Replacements will be processed for the same product or a product of equal value, subject to availability.

  • If the requested replacement is out of stock, customers may opt for a refund or store credit.

  • Exchange requests for reasons other than defects or shipping errors are subject to approval.

 


 

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or tampering.

  • Products missing parts, original packaging, or accessories.

  • Opened hygiene-related items such as earphones, personal care gadgets, or wearable devices.

  • Any promotional or free gift items.

 


 

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

  • If the order has already been processed or shipped, customers must follow the return process.

  3. Pack the product securely and send it to the provided return address.
