Return and Replacement Policy

1. Returns & Refunds
- You may return a product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided that:
- The product is in its original condition with all packaging, manuals, and accessories intact.
- The product has not been used, damaged, or altered.
- A valid proof of purchase (invoice) is provided.
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 20 business days of receiving the returned item.
- If the return is due to a defect, incorrect item, or damage during shipping, we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
2. Replacements & Exchanges
- Products can be exchanged or replaced within 30 days under the following conditions:
- The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
- The wrong product was shipped to the customer.
- Replacements will be processed for the same product or a product of equal value, subject to availability.
- If the requested replacement is out of stock, customers may opt for a refund or store credit.
- Exchange requests for reasons other than defects or shipping errors are subject to approval.
3. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, or tampering.
- Products missing parts, original packaging, or accessories.
- Opened hygiene-related items such as earphones, personal care gadgets, or wearable devices.
- Any promotional or free gift items.
4. Order Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
- If the order has already been processed or shipped, customers must follow the return process.

- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
- Pack the product securely and send it to the provided return address.
- Email us with the tracking details once shipped.
- Refunds/replacements will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned product.
